Requirements Education & Experience: BS in Computer Science or a related field with 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience in high-growth SaaS environments. Automation Mastery: Expert in Playwright and Cypress, with specific expertise in testing complex front-end components like payment modals and iframe integrations. Technical Stack: Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Lambdas, SQS, microservices) and Datadog for observability and system health monitoring. Coding & APIs: Proficient in TypeScript, Node.js, or C# for scalable frameworks; 5+ years of experience in REST API testing (Postman) and complex SQL data validation. AI & Innovation: Proven ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development cycles and optimize test maintenance. Leadership: Experienced in managing and mentoring offshore teams and navigating complex, distributed architectures and tokenization engines. Domain Expertise: Specialized in the Payments Industry, including PCI Compliance, payment capture workflows, and sensitive data handling. Process & Tools: Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and advanced Jira defect management.
