Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements. Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality. Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features and provide feedback during the development lifecycle. Create, maintain, and improve automated test scripts using appropriate testing tools and frameworks. Report, track, and verify defects using bug tracking systems effectively. Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and release planning to ensure testability and quality standards are met. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements in testing procedures, tools, and methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or equivalent. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills to clearly document test cases, defects, and reports. Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
