Description
About Unframe Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market. With over $100M in TCV secured within 12 months, and a new $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, Unframe is rapidly scaling globally alongside Fortune 500 customers, backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV. About the role: As a QA Engineer, you will drive quality across complex systems and ensure reliable, high-quality product releases. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams, you will help identify risks early and improve quality throughout the development lifecycle. What you’ll do: Take full ownership of quality across rapidly changing domains. Lead manual testing efforts for complex features across backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing flows. Deeply understand system behavior, identify edge cases, and validate complex end-to-end scenarios. Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to define requirements and the "Definition of Done." Investigate production issues and ensure proper validation and regression coverage. What we are looking for: 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (with a strong focus on manual testing). Strong technical background with the ability to understand systems, APIs, and debug complex flows. Experience testing web applications, APIs, and complex distributed systems. Proven ability to take ownership and lead QA efforts within a team or domain. Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments (startup experience is a plus). Experience working with AI tools on a daily basis to create tests and tools. Nice to have: Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems. Experience with test automation frameworks (even if it is not your main focus). Familiarity with microservices and cloud environments. Experience testing complex integrations or data-heavy systems. Why join us? Real ownership from day one. Drive decisions, shape ideas and make them work. Your fastest learning years. Build alongside founders and VPs in a space that moves weekly. You'll have the opportunity to write and build what comes next. Ready to Build the Future? If this opportunity excites you, apply now!
