You will work closely with the development and product teams to design and implement automated test frameworks, conduct manual testing when necessary, and analyze complex software systems. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards and deliver exceptional products to our users. What You’ll Be Doing Being UXCam's next superstar QA engineer, your main missions include but aren't limited to the following: Test new features and updates on both the Dashboard and SDK. Run regression, exploratory, and smoke tests across different platforms. Check and confirm bug fixes before release. Reproduce and triage issues reported by users and internal teams. Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers. Join sprint planning, QA reviews, and release readiness meetings. Create and update test cases, test plans, and documentation. Share feedback on product usability and overall user experience. Help build or improve test automation for web or mobile. Suggest test cases that can be automated to save time. Flag potential quality risks early and communicate them clearly. Help continually improve QA processes and overall team quality. What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role 2+ years of experience in software QA. Experience with manual testing (web or mobile). Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and bug lifecycle. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar. Ability to write clear bug reports and test cases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
