Important Information Experience: +10 years Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Remote ID: 20188 Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Engineering Lead with a proven track record in the quality assurance of large scale, complex web-based and mobile applications, primarily using automation technologies. This is a hands-on leadership position which includes developing test automation while managing, leading and developing an international quality engineering team Responsibilities and Duties ● Leads, directs and manages the Quality Engineering Team and its strategic, tactical and operational activities. ● Coordinates, leads and actively participates in all Quality Engineering projects, including technical requirements gathering, resource allocation, design and documentation, scheduling, development, implementation, task tracking, and status reporting. ● Collaborates closely and regularly with the other teams, including Product Development, Project Management, Front-End, Back-End and Data Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Customer Service. ● Designs, develops and maintains quality technology strategy, architecture and code, and leads other quality engineers by example. ● Helps develop, maintain and enforce the company’s software development tools and standards, and conducts design and code reviews on a regular basis to improve quality and ensure compliance. Qualifications and Skills ● Expert-level understanding of QA processes and methodologies, including test automation, test case management, bug tracking and reporting, and browser testing tools and plugins. ● Expert-level skills and experience designing, developing, and supporting automation technologies for unit, functional, regression and performance testing of complex, scalable, high-traffic and availability web and mobile applications and architectures, including UI, API and Data. ● Expert-level skills and experience with modern automation frameworks, such as Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium. ● Strong experience with CI/CD Tools and Systems such as Jenkins, Hudson, GitLab, GitHub, etc. ● Good experience with SQL and Relational Databases as well as Big Data and NoSQL Technologies. ● Experience with Amazon Web Services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, and RDS. ● Experience with the Agile Development Process and related tools. ● Experience leading, building and managing teams with decision making responsibilities.
