As __QA Engineering Lead (m/f/d)__ your work will be a critical part of accomplishing this mission.You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing testing strategies, mentoring a talented team of QA engineers, and ensuring seamless, high-quality releases. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software QA, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in testing both web and mobile applications, including proficiency in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development and delivery processes, including familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proficiency in QA and related tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certifications in QA (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
  • Experience in performance and security testing using tools like JMeter, OWASP ZAP, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Microservices architecture testing.
