Job Description We are looking for a Francophone Methods Expert to: Provide support and guidance to product teams Conduct studies, updates, version upgrades, and maintenance of tools (in collaboration with BPCE-IT) Communicate and explain changes to product teams Keep e-learnings, tutorials, and help pages up to date Ensure the responsibility, consistency, and technical and functional sustainability of the tools and methods Qualifications Technical Skills: Administration/configuration of Confluence, Jira, and associated plugins (Structure, Easy Agile Programs, XRAY) Business Skills: Knowledge in the field of Requirements Management, Document Management, and Backlog Management for projects/products/programs/trains Other Skills: Writing skills for disseminating implemented solutions Ability to work and communicate remotely with various stakeholders from BPCE-SI Strong autonomy Proactive in proposing solutions for technical issues Particularities of the Mission or Desired Specific Knowledge: Experience in a group comparable to ours: banking sector with projects in V-cycle, Agile, bimodal. The mission will be carried out in an Agile and SAFe context. As the team is mainly located at the BPCE SI site in Nantes, travel is expected during the first months of skill development.
