JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company quality systems, including ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and CGMP. The Quality Assurance Inspector will utilize various precision measuring instruments and quality management techniques to uphold product integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 9001 is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Experience with quality systems management and QA/QC methodologies.
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines.
  • Knowledge of quality audits and inspection techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
