About the job As a QA Intern, you will support our QA and development teams in ensuring our software meets quality standards. This internship offers hands-on experience in software testing, exposure to automation testing practices, and the opportunity to learn industry-standard QA methodologies in a real-world environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in running automated tests for web and digital applications. Help identify and report software defects. Support testing of new features and bug fixes. Participate in functional and regression testing activities Help maintain test cases and basic automation scripts Work with developers and QA team members to understand application features. Follow QA best practices and testing processes Assist with test results and basic quality reporting. Requirements and Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and willingness to follow testing procedures. Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment. Eagerness to learn automation testing tools and QA methodologies. Familiarity with web applications and digital platforms is a plus.
