POSITION SUMMARY:

The QA Lab Technician is responsible for performing laboratory testing and supporting management in maintaining the facility’s food safety program. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and assists with managing QA tasks in the absence of the QA Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Effective communication with management and teams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a food manufacturing environment and/or laboratory setting
