About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven QA Lead with a strong foundation in automation frameworks and testing strategies to lead quality initiatives across our healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate brings technical depth, domain understanding, and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient QA practices within Agile teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of test strategies with a primary focus on automated test coverage for UI, API, and backend components. Build and maintain robust, reusable test frameworks to support ongoing development and release cycles. Define and enforce quality standards and processes across projects, driving early defect detection and consistent delivery. Collaborate closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure testability, reliability, and performance of releases. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and monitor quality metrics to identify improvement areas. Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, and all phases of the software development lifecycle to embed a quality-first approach. Apply healthcare domain knowledge to validate critical user journeys and ensure compliance with industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Tech or MCA from a reputed college or university. 6-9 years of experience in software testing, with a significant portion spent on test automation/ Functional knowledge in healthcare domain. Strong command of tools such as playwright, cypress, or similar frameworks (Like Selenium). Proficiency in scripting/programming (e.G., Javascript, typescript, python, or java). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as jenkins, gitlab CI, or azure devops. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle management, and risk-based testing approaches. Experience working in Agile teams, collaborating across geographies and time zones. Familiarity with healthcare workflows, compliance standards, and working with US/UK clients. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Define and drive quality metrics, processes, and standards Define test scope, objectives, timelines, resource needs, and risk assessments for each project Perform hands-on testing when needed, especially during high-risk or critical releases
