Project/Client: FMCG Location: Lithuania preferred, Baltics, or wider Europe Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months with possible extension Seniority: Lead Language: English Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to take ownership of QA processes, strategy, and delivery quality across two live products — a Chat platform and a Loyalty / Coupon system — running in multiple markets. The role requires strong manual testing expertise, a solid grasp of test automation, and the ability to lead a small QA team while bridging developers, managers, and the client. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement QA strategy, testing plans, and structured QA processes across both products. Lead and mentor a team of 3 QA specialists, driving quality standards and best practices. Identify and automate — or recommend automation approaches for — repetitive tasks such as regression testing. Establish and track KPI-driven quality metrics to continuously improve delivery performance. Serve as the key communication link between developers, QA, product managers, and the client. Must-Have Requirements: Proven experience as a QA Lead with hands-on team leadership responsibilities. Strong manual testing skills with experience in test planning, strategy, and process design. Solid understanding of test automation — able to automate or guide automation of repetitive workflows. Experience defining and tracking QA KPIs and quality metrics.
