The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments. Your Profile (Must-have requirements) • Strong experience in a quality-focused role such as QA Lead, Test Lead, or similar. • Experience from large-scale, complex environments. • A facilitator mindset – comfortable leading discussions, asking the right questions, and coordinating across teams. • Ability to quickly understand and navigate a system map to identify dependencies and the right teams. • Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach. • Comfortable working independently in a standalone role.
