Get ready to Define and drive the overall QA strategy across multiple products and brands Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-4 QA engineers Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure testability Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation Hands-on manual and automated testing using Playwright and TypeScript Identify, report, and verify resolution of defects across all stages of development Build and improve QA processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure consistency across teams Drive the development of an AI-powered QA agent tool to enhance and automate testing capabilities Track and report quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, open defect counts) to senior management Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and product teams Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, strategies, and AI-assisted development practices Proactively identify gaps in quality coverage and take initiative to address them without waiting to be directed We expect you to Bring 4+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years in a QA Lead role Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript Work confidently with Git and version control workflows Apply a broad range of testing techniques, including UI, functional, regression, white-box, and black-box testing Write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases Thrive in Agile/Scrum development environments Lead, mentor, and grow a QA team Leverage AI tools to enhance coding and testing workflows Take ownership by independently identifying scope, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results with minimal guidance Salary Gross salary range is 4300-6000 EUR/month. Location Vilnius, Lithuania : 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
