Position overview As a QA Lead, you will own product quality across multiple teams by combining hands-on testing with coordination of QA activities. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable releases, preventing regressions, and maintaining high quality standards as the product evolves. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the product, actively testing, and at the same time shaping how quality is approached across teams. Your work will directly impact release confidence, product stability, and the overall user experience. Your Day to Day Perform hands-on quality assurance across core product areas Own and coordinate test planning, regression scope, and release sign-off Ensure consistent QA standards and testing practices across multiple teams Actively collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers Identify quality risks early and ensure issues are caught before production Review and improve existing QA processes, tools, and workflows Support release preparation and act as a quality owner for release readiness Drive clarity around ownership, communication, and expectations related to product quality What We Are Looking For Strong experience in hands-on QA for web and/or mobile products Experience leading or coordinating QA efforts across teams (formal or informal) Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and release processes Ability to define, improve, and maintain QA processes and standards Proven ability to identify risk areas and prevent regressions Clear communicator who works well with engineering and product teams Ownership mindset — comfortable being accountable for product quality Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to improving quality without slowing delivery Soft skills we value Ownership & Accountability – Takes full responsibility for outcomes Adaptability – Thrives in speed, ambiguity, and change Proactivity – Anticipates opportunities and acts without waiting.
