DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in RMS (Retail Merchandising System) and RESA to lead our quality assurance efforts. The QA Lead will be responsible for test planning, execution, automation strategy, and team leadership across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality retail and merchandising solutions.
This role requires deep functional knowledge of RMS and RESA systems, strong hands-on testing skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with business, development, and operations teams.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong domain knowledge in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and RESA.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead, handling end-to-end testing for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, TestRail).
• Experience with automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Lead QA activities for projects involving RMS and RESA applications.
• Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and test cases (manual and automated).
• Coordinate and manage QA team members, ensuring on-time delivery of testing milestones.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for retail and merchandising solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements and resolve defects.
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Track and report QA metrics, risks, and test progress to project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, standards, and processes in QA.
