Description

The product combines both HW and SW technologies, while our division is focusing on the SW. ### Minimum 8-10 years proven work experience in software quality assurance ### Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes ### Strong Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases ### Strong leadership, team player, coaching and mentoring skills. ### Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process ### Thorough Understanding of Software Development Life Cycles ### Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills ### Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team ### Able to communicate with international teams and interfaces outside of local site ### Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advantage ### Define and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and processes to ensure product quality. ### Drive end-to-end system testing including functional, regression and performance testing. ### Collaborate with development, product and apps teams to understand requirements and ensure testability. ### Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on testing strategies and quality best practices. ### Review test cases and QA deliverables; provide constructive feedback and coaching. ### Stay updated on emerging trends in software testing and QA methodologies. ### Optimize QA processes for efficiency and scalability; manage tasks and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and related tools. ### Ensure timely bugs reporting, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking. ### Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and quality metrics.
