Responsibilities:Lead and manage QA activities across mid-to-large digital transformation projects.
Oversee the complete testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality governance.
Manage Functional, Non-Functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Lead QA teams and mentor test engineers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Coordinate testing across Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and Agile release teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Validate airline business processes across Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Reservations, Ticketing, Check-In, DCS, GDS, and Amadeus platforms.
Track testing progress, manage risks, and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
Utilize ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira to manage testing activities and defects.
Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience managing QA for mid-to-large digital transformation programs.
Strong hands-on experience with airline systems, including Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Reservations, Ticketing, Departure Control Systems (DCS), Check-In, GDS, and Amadeus.
Experience testing Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface applications.
Proven experience leading End-to-End QA delivery, including Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ALM tools.
Experience managing the full testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Experience leading and mentoring QA teams.
Experience working with Agile delivery and release teams.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
