OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team. EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and experience in implementing food safety management systems.
• Proficient in data analysis techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in driving quality improvements.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HACCP standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with production teams to establish quality control measures and provide training on best practices.
