JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with 14–15+ years of IT experience, including strong managerial expertise, to lead and oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance across manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, and tools, with proven leadership in managing teams and driving QA best practices in Agile/DevOps environments.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 14–15+ years of IT experience, with proven managerial experience in QA.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Hands-on expertise with QA tools and frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, etc.
  • Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
  • Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and cloud-based testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices across manual and automation testing.
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers to ensure skill growth and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and test plans.
  • Oversee creation and execution of test cases, scripts, and data for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Manage timely execution of testing cycles and provide quality metrics, dashboards, and defect reports to leadership.
  • Drive automation strategy to improve test coverage, efficiency, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Establish and enforce QA standards for tools, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Manage test environments and coordinate with DevOps/infra teams for smooth deployments.
  • Track, report, and manage defects through closure with proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
