New Era Technology offers: · Full Benefits · Medical · Dental · Vision · 401K match · 28 PTO Days including company holidays Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality standards across projects, managing QA processes, and leading a team to deliver defect-free solutions aligned with client’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Approve and maintain QA Plans for projects. Lead QA team in manual and automated testing. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client-specific requirements. Conduct audits and prepare quality reports. Collaborate with stakeholders for defect resolution and process improvements. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC. Hands-on experience with Power BI, ETL testing, and automation tools (Selenium/ UFT/ UI Path/ Python). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience on Insurance / Brokerage / Financial Services based projects. Understanding of policy administration systems, claims processing, and compliance workflows. Exposure to data migration and integration testing in insurance platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 6+ years in QA roles; 2+ years in leadership. Certifications in QA or Quality Management (preferred). Physical Demands: Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
