QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) MANAGER (PART-TIME)

Metric5 is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead quality
management activities for Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM implementation project. This role ensures
compliance with mandatory regulatory standards (ASME NQA-1-2008, ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q 9001-
2015, ANSI/ASQ Z1.13-1999, ISO/IEC 17025:2017) and implements the clients Quality
Assurance Plan (QAP). This is a remote, part-time role, with occasional travel at significant
project milestones.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of QA Management experience in highly regulated environments.
  Mandatory experience: ASME NQA-1, ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q 9001, ANSI/ASQ Z1.13, and

• Oversee and implement the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) in strict compliance with

client standards.

• Conduct periodic quality assessments at project milestones.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and records.
• Proactively manage quality risks through structured processes and corrective actions.
• Manage QA checklists, dashboards, and CAPA systems.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
