Job Description Build and implement project QA system and quality control procedures for offshore EPC projects. Conduct quality inspection, audit and non-conformity handling for design, material procurement, fabrication and site construction. Review quality documents, inspection reports and test records. Coordinate with client, third-party inspection and internal teams to resolve quality issues. Follow project quality schedule and ensure project delivery meets quality requirements. Support project quality acceptance and final handover. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering, Petroleum or Ocean Engineering. 5+ years QA/QC experience in offshore oil & gas EPC projects, with at least 2 years team management experience. Familiar with offshore platform, topside and marine EPC quality management process. Familiar with international standards and client QA requirements. Good English communication and cross-team coordination ability.
