Your Role & Responsibilities: * Organization and maintenance of the facility’s medical records. * Complete documentation collection of medical records request. * Prioritize audits activities that focus on high-risk, high-volume, or problem-prone areas as identified in the facility assessment that reflects the specific units, programs, departments and unique population the facility serves. * Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits per facility protocol. * Complete MDS assessments and care plans for assigned residents. * Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS, RAPs, and triggers according to regulatory guidelines. * Monitor completion of MDS documentation by interdisciplinary team members within required timeframes.
