Job Description About You You are a Mobile Automation Engineer passionate about building reliable automation solutions that ensure the quality of mobile applications. You enjoy designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation. Experience with JavaScript. Experience performing API testing. Hands-on experience with WebDriverIO and Appium. Experience with tools for mobile-based applications such as Appium (For iOS and Android with JAVA). Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation pipelines. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. Working knowledge of performance testing is a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Advanced English proficiency. You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities: Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios and test data. Identify opportunities to increase automation across software testing processes. Define and implement automation strategies in collaboration with QA Engineers and Development teams. Coordinate test plans with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders. Execute automated and manual testing activities while monitoring test progress and quality metrics. Generate automated test execution reports and testing summaries. Support the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation tools and frameworks. Define and monitor testing metrics to evaluate software quality and testing effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in Agile environments. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in QA Automation. Experience with JavaScript, WebDriverIO, Appium, and API Testing. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile test automation. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies. ISTQB certification (CTFL) is a plus. Advanced English proficiency. Additional Information About Us We Are Engineered Different.
