REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and experienced Medicaid QA Nurse to join our rapidly growing team at Elite Home Healthcare, LLC.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License, required
  • 2+ Years Nursing experience, required
  • 1+ Year Home Health nursing experience, required
  • 1+ Year of Medicaid OASIS QA review, required
  • Computer literacy, required
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Must have keen eye to detail
  • Must be adaptive, flexible, have ability to learn quickly, and use critical thinking
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have EMR system proficiency, preferably Kinnser/Wellsky
  • Ability to multi-task and respond appropriately to the needs of a busy work environment

Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive review of all OASIS assessments (start of care, resumption, recertification, and discharge) to ensure appropriateness, completeness, and compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Reviews CMS 485 data, medication profiles, DME, and aide care plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with assessments
  • Reviews daily HHA and Skilled Nursing visit notes to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicates with appropriate clinical staff on a regular basis to clarify and reconcile any data issues and facilitate appropriate corrections
  • Proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Works closely with leadership to meet performance, quality, and productivity goals
