REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Diploma in Food Science or Quality or related professional Engineering certificate on related skill.
  • At least 3 years of QA working experience in the Food & Beverage or Food Packaging Manufacturing industry is required for this position.
  • Strong Knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management system
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified is a must
  • ISO or FSIS 22000 / HACCP Internal Auditor certified is an advantage
  • Strong in Brain Storming and Analytical Knowledge
  • Must able to speak/write in English and Mandarin language
  • Able to make decision and reporting
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome

Responsibilities
  • To manage, maintain and implement Food Quality and Safety Management System.
  • To enforce Food Quality and Safety Policy, MSC COC Policy and Procedures in the company premise.
  • To conduct daily/weekly routine validation inspection to ensure compliance (CCP, RPR, OPRP, GMP, GHP, MSC) and identify problematic areas for improvement.
  • To investigate and report on any nonconformance observed in the work place and customer returns.
  • To assist in preparation of the organization for customer audit, regulatory audits and external accreditation reviews.
  • Participate in the Internal audit and Design & Development program.
  • Perform monthly lab test, data analysis and QA reports.
  • Liaise with authorities and 3rd party, manage license renewal.
  • Record and file all works, ad-hoc projects and report writing.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
