• Overall in-charge of uphold the company Quality Manual
• To maintain the Certifications and support all Audit (internal and external)
• Able to implement process to improve QM system and prepare audit session and training for general workers
• Develop, implement, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Enforce quality control measures at warehouse production, ensuring that products meet company and customer specifications
• Supervise and train production staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and SOP compliance
• Investigate quality deviations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, and operational efficiency
• Assist in sending daily QC reports to management, ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
• Ensure proper record keeping and preparation of QA/QC reports is required.
