JOB SUMMARY:

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all products, services, and processes adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, driving continuous improvement and compliance across the organization.

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
• Investigate quality concerns, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance quality control measures and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on quality performance metrics.
• Assist in training staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance.
• Support the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and effectiveness checks.
