• Coordinate and maintain documentation for pet food raw material onboarding in SF360, including regulatory questionnaires, product specifications, and compliance statements. Transferring the documents from one system to the other.
• Assist in the qualification of CMOs by managing standardized templates (e.g., HACCP, GMO, heavy metals) and FAQ questionnaires.
• Setting up inspection plans for finished good release
• Coordinate the sending of samples for analysis to external laboratories
• Responsible for creating COAs/CO
