JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a QA & Product Operations Associate to help ensure a smooth product experience for our users. This role blends QA testing, bug resolution, and user documentation, and involves working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams.You’ll play a key part in catching bugs before users do, creating helpful resources, and making sure product feedback flows effectively between teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, technical support, or product documentation (experience in SaaS or tech startups is a plus)
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong willingness to learn
• Able to follow test plans and identify usability issues and bugs
• Strong written communication skills—able to document findings clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• A team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and feedback loops
