SCOPE

The QA/QC Administrator plays a key supporting role within the Technical team, responsible for managing daily administrative functions, performing system data entry, and ensuring the effective organization and maintenance of all quality and technical documentation. This role requires close collaboration with the front-line team and active involvement to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technical processes and documentation. The QA/QC Administrator shall be detail-oriented, dependable, and a strong team player with a commitment to supporting quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Technical team across all QA/QC functions.
  • Maintain control of technical documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates—this includes technical drawings, datasheets, checklists, inspection reports, and test reports.
  • Organize and manage both electronic and physical files related to quality and technical documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation required for product certification, project tender submissions, and internal/external audits.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support seamless operations within the Technical team.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and organization of technical content used for training materials and marketing collateral.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with documentation standards and requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external testing and calibration service providers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in steel engineering, preferably.
  • Certificate/Diploma in relevant engineering faculty.
  • Committed, hardworking and able to rough it out.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly independent.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders
    Salary Range: SGD2,200 to SGD3,000
    Working Hour: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
    Location: Woodlands Close (Singapore - Near Admiralty MRT
