ResolveSoft is seeking a highly motivated Senior QA/QC Analyst (Remote) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by planning, executing, and reporting on comprehensive testing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
  • Must have10+ years of experience supporting SDLC environments using tools such as. Net Framework, Visual Studio, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, XML, Selenium, Leapworks, Siebel CRM, and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of mobile testing tools, cloud-based testing tools and services is a plus.
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) principles, methods, and tools is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools and test automation frameworks is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, and execute all phases of the testing process: This includes requirement analysis, test case development, test execution, and defect reporting.
  • Align testing activities with the SDLC: You will work closely with developers to ensure testing is integrated seamlessly into each development phase, minimizing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers: You will be the voice of the customer within the development process, actively collaborating with them to understand their needs and ensure the final product meets their expectations.
  • Prioritize testing activities and develop effective test cases: You will leverage your expertise to identify critical areas for testing and create comprehensive test cases that thoroughly evaluate the software’s functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Execute test cases, identify and report defects: You will meticulously execute test plans, identify any defects encountered, and document them clearly, including severity and priority levels.
  • Perform regression testing: You will ensure the stability of the software by conducting regression testing after code changes, verifying that fixes haven’t introduced new issues.
  • Document test results: You will maintain detailed records of all testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports, ensuring clear communication and traceability.
