WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Quality Control Associate, you’ll play a key role in making sure products meet high standards before they go to market. You’ll review batch records, perform quality testing, track product samples, and support regulatory compliance for U.S., Canadian, and international products. You’ll help ensure product labels meet FDA and Health Canada requirements, coordinate third-party testing, investigate quality issues, and maintain accurate documentation. You’ll also support audits, customer inquiries, and ongoing improvements to quality systems and processes. Your attention to detail and ability to work across teams will help keep everything running smoothly and up to standard.
