Levitt-Safety is looking for an Auditor & Training Specialist to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB! If you’re passionate about quality, safety, and training others to be their best, this could be the role for you. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Quality Assurance and Service Management teams to ensure that every installation, repair, and inspection meets the highest standards. You’ll lead audits, develop training programs, and provide hands-on coaching to our service staff and subcontractors. Occasionally, you’ll also support other branches across Canada. This position entails working 14 days on / 14 days off rotation, with 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be based out of Fort McMurray, Alberta, but we’re open to applicants located anywhere in Alberta. For those residing outside, company-paid travel and accommodation is available. What You’ll Do Conduct audits of service work, subcontractors, and completed projects to ensure compliance with standards. Develop and deliver training plans for new hires, promoted employees, and customers. Identify non-compliance issues and work with teams to resolve them. Lead safety talks and toolbox meetings as part of training and audit activities. Support investigations of product failures (fires, system discharges, property loss, etc.). Represent Levitt-Safety at client quality management meetings. Perform internal audits, including health & safety compliance. Travel occasionally to other branches to support quality initiatives. What You Bring Post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent experience. ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Systems Auditor Certification (preferred). At least 2 years of auditing experience. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures. Computer savvy and comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, Adobe Writer etc.) Experience as a Trainer, or “Train-the-Trainer” certification. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A safety-first mindset. Experience or certification in Fire & Life Safety Services (Vehicle Fire Suppression, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarms, Sprinklers, Mobile HVAC, etc.) is an asset.
