DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, (BE, B TECH), with a strong academic foundation in construction materials and methods.
  • Minimum of 5 years UAE EXPERIENCE IN HIGH RISE BUILDING. (10 floors and above) in civil engineering projects, particularly in large infrastructures.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent in quality management systems are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local construction codes and regulations, with experience in compliance assessments.
  • Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools, along with a solid grasp of statistical analysis methods.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive quality initiatives in a collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
  • Physical capability to conduct site inspections and walk through construction zones safely.
