  Job Title: QA QC Commissioning Engineer

  Due to the continued growth of our client, a leading organization in their industry, STEM Recruitment Partners is currently seeking a QA/QC Commissioning Engineer for projects based in Leinster.
  In collaboration with your project team, you will be responsible for executing various project stages as outlined below:

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services M&E or trades.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in building services coordination.
• Previous main contractor experience is preferred, especially in Data Centre or industrial projects.
• Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Revit/BIM and Microsoft Office.

• Manage the commissioning of Data Centre projects to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure familiarity with and compliance to contract documents and procedures.
• Oversee Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning phases.
• Coordinate information and details to support timely project delivery.
• Ensure all MEP deliverables are implemented effectively on the project.
• Guarantee all M&E works are conducted to the highest safety standards.
• Inspect installation works against the approved quality plan.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team.
