JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with strong expertise in the aluminum and façade industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all projects comply with industry standards, client requirements, and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in QA/QC within the aluminum, façade, or construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, ISO standards, and industry codes (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
• Proficiency in inspection methods, quality reporting, and QMS documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Other: Valid driving license and ability to travel to project sites.

  Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per mont

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for aluminum and façade works in line with industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections and audits at different stages of fabrication and installation to verify material quality and workmanship.
• Monitor compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure alignment with company policies.
