Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Aluminum and Façade

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with expertise in aluminum and façade systems to ensure our projects meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enforcing quality control measures, conducting site inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting project teams with quality compliance across all stages of project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline.

• Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in the aluminum, façade, or construction industry, including on-site execution.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ASTM specifications, and façade construction methodologies.
• Proficient in inspection tools, test procedures, and quality control reporting systems.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Other:
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project/job sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per mont

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor and audit the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with company policies and ISO compliance.
• Conduct material and workmanship inspections to verify conformity at every project phase.
