Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field is typically required.

Professional Experience:

  • Experience: Generally, 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.

Technical Skills:

  • Quality Management Systems: Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS)
  • Inspection and Testing: Knowledge of inspection methods, testing procedures, and quality control techniques.
  • Construction Standards: Familiarity with construction standards and codes
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and quality management software.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in inspections and documentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess quality data and identify areas for improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Quality Planning: Develop and implement the project’s quality plan, including quality control procedures and inspection plans.
  • Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Identify non-conformances, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Auditing: Perform internal audits of the construction processes and quality management system to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of quality activities, including inspection reports, test results, and audit findings.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and procedures and implement changes to enhance overall quality performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont
