Position : QA/QC Engineer - Civil Infrastructure Background

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

· Demonstrates sound judgment and a proactive attitude.
· Possesses excellent proficiency in civil engineering, quality assurance, and quality control systems; proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems.
· Exhibits strong knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems (IMS), with a comprehensive understanding of project processes and execution.
· Brings at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role within infrastructure turnkey projects.
· Previous experience in the GCC region is considered advantageous.
· Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting challenging targets and strict deadlines.
· Exhibits a meticulous attention to detail.
· Familiar with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all project phases.
· Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective interaction with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
· Able to effectively convey technical information through submissions or presentations, facilitating clear understanding among stakeholders.
· Capable for overseeing all QA/QC aspects of projects, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
· Frequently encounters technical challenges and is adept at devising and implementing effective solutions.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for identifying issues and executing appropriate corrective actions.
· Ability to Work closely with QA/QC Managers, project managers, engineers, and architects, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
· Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizes work efficiently, and adheres to deadlines while upholding high quality standards.
· Strong organizational and time management skills are paramount for successful project execution.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s OR Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.Certifications related to quality assurance and Control
· Proficiency in AutoCAD / MS Office / ERP Software
5+ years of experience
· Familiarity with Engineering Codes / Standards / ISO standards (IMS).
