Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Fit-Out
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE

License Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and control activities for our interior fit-out projects. The role involves monitoring site execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, and driving continuous improvement in quality performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a QA/QC Engineer in fit-out or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out quality standards, codes, and industry regulations.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools/software.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for fit-out works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and records for client and internal use.
  • Monitor and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, inspections, and approvals.
  • Train and guide site staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
