We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards through the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures. This role involves assessing risks, training staff, auditing processes, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments proactively and develop tailored quality checklists and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
• Train the team on quality checklists, risk awareness, and standard operating procedures; perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
• Plan, conduct, and monitor the testing and inspection of materials and final products to ensure finished product quality.
• Investigate site complaints and non-conformance reports (NCRs), conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Analyze quality-related data, including Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) logs, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and update documentation, including COPQ reports and training logs, ensuring timely and accurate records.
• Continuously identify training needs and coordinate relevant training sessions to enhance quality awareness and performance across the team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality engineering or similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
