  • Proven experience in quality control processes and implementation in large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with different departments.
  • Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and ensure that all materials and construction work meet project standards and specifications.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance/control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials and completed work to ensure the quality is maintained throughout.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Provide technical support to both internal teams and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes.
  • Support the development and training of the team in QA/QC best practices.
