JOB DESCRIPTION

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in roads and infrastructure projects to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality control and assurance for roads, utilities, and related civil infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in QA/QC roles for roads and infrastructure projects (utilities, drainage, water supply, sewerage, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards and specifications (RTA, DM, DEWA, etc.)
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and inspection/test requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QA/QC documentation tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Available to join within 1 month or less

• Implement and maintain the QA/QC system for infrastructure projects in accordance with company and client requirements
• Conduct inspections for roads, utilities, and related works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards
• Prepare and review QA/QC documentation including method statements, inspection requests, test plans, and reports
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues
• Monitor and verify materials, workmanship, and testing activities for compliance with approved standards
• Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure adherence to local regulations and project quality requirements
• Report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
