Job Title: QA & QC Engineer – MEP
Location: Dubai, UAE

JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring experienced QA & QC Engineers – MEP for a prestigious construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with MEP quality assurance/control processes and technical coordination in large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review shop drawings, technical & material submittals, method statements
  • Approve and verify Work Inspections, Material Inspections, and related submissions
  • Review and respond to RFIs and CVIs
  • Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings, prepare and issue MOMs
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and subcontractors for smooth project execution and timely handover
  • Track non-conformities, issue Site Observation Notices, and follow up for compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Preferred: Master’s in Construction / Project Management or MEP Engineering
  • Experience:
  • Total: 5 to 9 years
  • UAE: Minimum 3 years (with principal consultants or main contractors)
  • Home Country: Minimum 2–4 years (with developers or main contractors)

Required Certifications & Skills:

  • Certified by Dubai Municipality (preferred)
  • Specialized training in Quality Management, Quality Assurance & Control
  • Strong understanding of MEP project standards, compliance, and authority approvals
  • Ability to join within 30 days of offer confirmation

Note: Only candidates available in UAE will be considered for this role.
