We are currently hiring a Senior QA & QC Engineer – MEP with strong expertise in supervision, quality assurance, and project coordination for high-end MEP projects in Dubai.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Master’s in Construction/Project Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • Certifications:
  • Dubai Municipality & DEWA Certified
  • Specialized in Quality Management, Quality Assurance & Control
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in UAE with Principal Consultants
  • Minimum 6 years in UAE with Main Contractors
  • 2 to 4 years in home country with Contractors or Developers

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and control project execution and handover as per design drawings, specifications, QA/QC plans, HSE policies, and authority regulations.
  • Review and evaluate Engineering Submissions including Shop Drawings, Technical Submittals, Material Approvals, and Method Statements.
  • Review and approve Inspections: Work, Material, Factory Tests, and Third-Party Testing reports.
  • Address RFI’s and CVI’s in a timely and technically sound manner.
  • Monitor and update Project Schedules: Baseline Program, Construction Plans, and Look-Ahead Schedules.
  • Lead weekly technical and progress meetings; prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Ensure effective coordination with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors, Authorities, Subcontractors, and Suppliers for seamless execution and handover.
  • Identify and monitor non-compliances; issue NCRs and Site Observation Reports and ensure closure with corrective measures.
