Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures specific to MEP.
· Perform inspections of MEP systems.
· Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant international codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.).
· Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
· Prepare and maintain all QA/QC-related documents including ITPs, checklists, and NCRs.
· Support testing, commissioning, and project handover procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· 5–10 years of MEP QA/QC experience (UAE experience is mandatory).
· Strong understanding of MEP Works.
· Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority requirements (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
· Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
· Strong coordination and communication abilities.
