We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and works meet the required quality standards and comply with project specifications, codes, and industry best practices. This role involves monitoring the quality control processes, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and coordinating with project teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA/QC documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets approved specifications and standards.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on quality-related issues.
• Monitor material quality and verify supplier compliance with requirements.
• Assist in training site staff on quality procedures and standards.
