Job Description Job Title QA/QC Engineer – UAE National Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Sector: Rail / Metro / Transportation Infrastructure Employment Type: Full-time Nationality Requirement: UAE Nationals only Job Description We are currently looking for a QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and quality control activities for large infrastructure and rail-related projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring proper inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination of quality processes across installation and commissioning phases while maintaining compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control QA/QC activities on project sites Conduct quality inspections and surveillance in accordance with project requirements Follow up on Inspection Test Requests (ITRs) as per Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives for inspection scheduling Perform material receiving inspections and maintain documentation records Manage site non-conformities and ensure proper corrective action tracking Support quality control during installation, testing, and commissioning phases Ensure proper documentation and reporting of QA/QC activities Maintain registers for ITPs, ITRs, MRIRs, and material submittals Qualifications UAE National (mandatory) Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in site inspection or QA/QC activities Experience in rail, metro, infrastructure, or large construction projects is an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office tools Good communication and reporting skills in English Additional Information Additional Requirements Flexibility to work night shifts when required for project activities Strong attention to detail and documentation management Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Contract/country: Unlimited Job family: Quality - Safety - Environment
